The modern electrical power system neutron equipment's utilization finds at everywhere, It's also getting higher and higher to its level of dependency, electronic installation's signal integrity and electrical power system whether normal operation close related. Especially along with the signal border speed's enhancement and operate level's reduction, the signal antijamming ability is getting more and more weak in the transmission process, the PCB electricity parameter variation, primary device's layout, the signal walks factors and so on line way, will have the influence to the signal transmission, causes the signal Integrity question, serious will possibly cause the system to be unable the normal work. Must therefore give the signal integrity high value in the high speed PCB design process.The signal Integrity question mainly includes the reflection, the crosstalk, the synchronizer switch noise. This article take the transmission line theory as a foundation, based on the IBIS model, has analyzed the microstrip transmission line reflection, the crosstalk, shoots the reason which and so on phenomena produce, proposed eliminates each kind of disturbance the measure, and compares each kind of solution through the modelling simulation analysis. Also to difference signal to the signal integrity has carried on the detailed analysis. Finally has carried on the overall situation simulation and the detailed simulation to the light ether and the electricity ether connection circuit wafer, carries on the analysis to its signal integrity, discovers the existence disturbance the network, and proposes the improvement program, has carried on the simulation confirmation to the corrective measure, eliminated in basically the network the latent disturbance occurrence.
