The Design And Raelization Of The Software Of The Centralized Monitoring System For Base Stations

There are a lot of communication base stations in China and most of them locate in remoteness with a poor enviroment. So most of them are working without being monitored. Therefore, achieving the unattended monitoring of the communication base stations can enhance the management of the equipment room and get the circumstances of the base station devices, the reason of the accident can also be recorded and managed scientifically. Scientific monitoring, control and management of the communication base station devices and their operating enviroment have an important practical significance.This article describes a monitoring system of the base stations which based on the B/S (Browser/Server) and C/S (Client/Server) structure. The staffs can monitor the circumstances of the devices and their operating enviroment of the base stations through the Internet with this system. They can also get the devices values and alarm information at once or reset the controller remotely. The system inludes the access control function which can record and manage the records of leaving or entering the device room. In order to observe the site more intutively when the accident occurred or investigate the cause of the accident scientifically later, this system also covers video surveillance capabilities. The system use .NET Framework as a development platform, Visual Studio and SQL Server as development tools, with network communication technology and database technology in its development works.Firstly, the design scheme of the system is proposed based on the system requirements in the article. Then the data communication protocol of the devices monitoring is designed. And the communication protocol of the access control is described after that. Thirdly the design details of the communication program will be illustrated, including the data receiving and resolving, the commands transmiting. This article also include the design of the database and the operation of the database with LINQ (Language Integrated Query) technology. Then a brief description of the dynamic refresh technology of web pages is given with the design and realization of the web program. And the test of this system is introduced at the last.The system can reduce the work of devices maintenance and monitoring. It also improves the stability of the devices, realizes the network management of the base station devices.
