The rapid development of our society puts forward higher requirements to the communications. With unique advantages of high bit rate, reliable privacy, and anti-interference ability, space laser communication has higher status in communications, and become the focus of telecommunication field. This article mainly tackles the emitting section of space laser communications systems.we researched on the performance, advantages and modulation mode of semiconductor laser selected as the source of in a laser communication system.. Direct modulation technology is adopted, Modulation circuit of LC25W-A laser is developed and an auto temperature control and a power control system is designed to realize auto adjusting of the input current. Experiments and analysis on the modulation circuit are also covered in this paper. Results show that the circuit is qualified to meet the requirements. |
