Cognitive network is different from traditional networks, which has an important feature of self-awareness, self-decision making, self-management and self-control (configuration). Cognitive network increased user plane, cognitive plane and control plane based on the traditional seven layers architecture. There are different QoS parameters in three planes. In order to achieve end to end QoS, it's necessary to creat uniform mapping rules for the user's QoS to map from the user plane to the control plane, so that the planes can accurately understand the users'QoS requirements, and control and adjustment network. A unified QoS mapping rules of cognitive network is made to realize the types of business and user-level classifications on the basis of the study on the cognitive networks,compared with traditional networks,it further validates that high-priority will be ensured the quality of service under the resource constraints.This paper first describes the communication mechanism and the distributed architecture about cognitive network, computer networks QoS, and analizes the research status and significance of cognitive network QoS parameters mapping; Secondly, the overall framework of cognitive networks QoS mapping is designed, and business priority calculation method is proposed based on user ratings and the business segments, it has completed QoS mapping from application properties to resources properties by cognitive annealing genetic algorithm, and proposed two fitness function of resource utilization and user satisfaction, and the simulation results prove the effectiveness of the algorithm; in the end, for control plane, mechanism of controlling network resources and monitorting the network is proposed to make cognitive plane self-learning.The subject of this paper is from the National 863 Project " the cognitive network QoS key technology research Web-based behavioral model", research results can be realized on prototype system in the cognitive network, Finally, the paper gives the experimental results and analysis.
