In the world today, with the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, information as a kind of resource, ensuring its safety has attracted the attention of the world. In order to ensure information resources against misappropriation, interference, attacks and tampering, information security technology appeared as the protector of information resources. Image watermarking and document fragments splicing which introduce in this paper are both important components of information security technology.Digital watermarking technology is which embed the information have real meaning into the original information by a specific method. And extract the embedded information is also need to use a specific extraction method. Usually the embedded information is not visible, but also presents some specific situation which set the embedded information visible. Digital watermarking technology is often used in copyright protection, information hiding, authentication and such other fields. Document image splicing technology is which use the computer to obtain and process document fragments and splice these document fragments to recovery their original appearance. Document image splicing technology plays a irreplaceable role in policing forensic, archaeological relics splicing and the former East German Ministry of State Security repairing destroyed files.On the part of Digital watermarking technology ,this paper describes an image watermarking algorithm based on Mojette transform which can hide the meaningful information , this algorithm is mainly based on lines and points. And the method based on points uses Mojette Phantoms to construct a meaningful watermark picture which is the biggest difference between our technology and other watermarking technology based on Mojette transform. On the part of Document image splicing technology ,about the fragments which cut along the text direction and Convex polygon fragments,this paper uses the method based on lines and points to extract features according to their own characteristics, then implements their splicing according to these features. The result shows that the proposed algorithms and techniques in this paper are effective and have achieved good results. In the final,we summarize the whole work of this paper , list the innovation, point the inadequacies and forecast the development of the technology in the future.
