Administrative Vehicle Monitoring And Management System Based On GPS Technology

As one of the "three publics consumption", officer's car consumption occupies a large proportion in our country government expenditure for many years. Car system reform has already become the common understanding of the people from all walks of life. But how to reform is always hard to "breaking title ". Administrative vehicle management system based on GPS technology provides a technical way for the rational use of officer's car. Meanwhile, as the important means of improving informatization level, administrative vehicle management system can effectively improve the work efficiency, provide security,provide comprehensive,effective and scientific management platform for leadership decision-making.It will promote the standardization and systemization of vehicle use.Shandong committee of CPPCC is an important part of the "Four team".It undertakes political consultation, democratic supervision, participating politics and plays an important role in our province political life. Security and management of vehicle use directly relate to political operation efficiency and image.So,attention must be paid. In office of Shandong committee of CPPC, improving vehicle management level is always paid much attention by the leaders. Developing and using the vehicle management system will directly provide technical support for rising the level of vehicle management.It will lay the foundations for the future.This article begins from the vehicle management basic situation of Shandong committee of CPPCC.It analyses the needs for the vehicle management system and states the feasibility and necessity and key meaning of GPS technique in administrative vehicle management system. On this basis,we design the system function and module according to process.The major functions of the system are GPS position monitoring, vehicle management.The system also design the different interface and module in order to meet different demands of managers,offices and drivers. This article use three C/S mode, asp.net and SQL2000 in the study of the vehicle management system. We lay the major discussion on the realization of GPS monitoring and vehicle management. In GPS monitoring, we mainly discuss that using GPS positioning technology,mobile communication techonology and GIS,to realize displaying of the mobile vehicle in the electronic map and implement vehicle timely monitoring. In the vehicle management, we design sending vehicles managemeng,vehicle information management,drivers information management and maintence management,to make reference to GPS monitoring.It can monitor vechile using from technology, to stop private use of the administrative bus and improve transport efficiency.
