In recent years, the petrochemical subsidiaries of the PetroChina have basically implemented MES, and System implementation has used foreign molding software. But it is because management mode in foreign petrochemical industry and in domestic are different, that resulting in foreign software in many places cannot meet the demand of domestic petrochemical enterprises. And the existing MES expandability and portability is rather poor, so the implementation of different petrochemical MES repeated heavy workload and Post-maintenance, expansion work is also very difficult. Therefore, general system for the domestic petrochemical MES research and development is particularly important.This thesis has considered the various problems existing petrochemical MES, quoted the framework's development theory, proposed a framework system based on Model Driven Architecture, and has designed and implemented a prototype of the framework. Specific contents are as follows:1. Presents a framework system based on Model Driven Architecture. By analyzing and summarizing the petrochemical status and problems of MES, this thesis has used the software development pattern based on framework for the shortage of poor portability and difficulty maintain, and built out a general framework of MES by combining Model Driven Architecture theory. The framework will enable MES reusable, scalable, and operational functions and interface are separated and customizable.2. Propose one kind of product service meta model based the process definition meta model. On the meta model this thesis has realized a production business model. Through the process definition meta model extension, obtained a production operations meta model, as a basis for modeling manufacturing operations.3. Profits the user interface modeling, realizes the function of the commission of user interface. In order to realize the contact surface development not to rely on the specific platform, the paper profits from the laboratory formerly studied that the system of WEB contact surface Based on Meta model, carries on the description to the user interface, and establishes the corresponding model system.4. Establishes mapping mode, which transforms from the product business model to the contact surface model. The mapping model mainly memory relations between product service Meta model and user interface Meta model. Through the transform of the mapping model, we have realized the system function and the contact surface's distinction development.
