Research On Chinatelecom Backbone Intelligent Network Optimization

Intelligent network (IN)is one of major means to provid value-added business for the mainly carriers.It plays a pivotal position in telecommunication network. IN is performing an important function to give new business growth pole for carriers. Furthermore, how adequately reasonably use the network resources while enhancing the safety of network, is a concern topic to operator.Based on the status quo of China Telecom backbone IN,this paper discuss the solutians about network mode, disaster tolerance and network optimization.Firstly,the thesis expounds the working principle of intelligent network, introduces the key technology and exploring the networking of Chinatelecom's IN. Secondly, combined with China telecom situation of backbone IN,it analyzes the needs of network optimization,in order to meet requirements of network security and improve the competitiveness of enterprises need. From the construction of intelligent network, network to equipment capacity design, network management and maintenance etc, many point of the optimization scheme was studied. Finally, with intelligent network technology development, combining network operators, and the problems of China telecom, it discussed how to provide solution of value-added service cross network (PSTN, NGN, PLMN).
