Wireless safe and reliable access platform is a national 863 topic research and development project achievement which I took part in. This paper describes how to design and implementate the planform. We proposed to implementation technical points and prototype model for the platform during the processing the project development, and then proposed technical design and implementation for this platform in process of analysising two specific issues which are the credibility of local network and heterogeneous network access control. Some of my main tasks are as follows:1) Participate in system requirements analysis.2) Propose the design proposal for the system requirements analysis. Design the plan for business processes and trust model, and present a credible access framework and a reliable access heterogeneous network plan.3) Involve in achieving a safe and reliable wireless access platform, define the structure of the platform, implentment AAA Server component model, the local WEB management functional component model, Heterogeneous trust services, WEB network management system of mutual trust platform component module and Exchange server..Wireless safe and reliable access platform, in this paper, can be extended to the wireless network interconnection with other network areas, in order to achieve a unified reliable access, further expand the use of space through the separation of control and access.
