With the development of wireless mobility technology, the future mobile communication network will evolve into an All-IP integrated network, which can interconnect heterogeneous wireless networks and support multi-mode terminal. In this paper, firstly, the author expounds the background of research points, analyzes Mobile IP technology, All-IP network and the development status of heterogeneous wireless networks integration. Then the paper focuses on Location Management in Security Management and the study of heterogeneous networks access selection.With the development of network, Network security is one of the most important parts in network design. At present, some original data transmission protocols can not satisfy the growing request of network security any more. In this paper, the SSL protocol and the SSH protocol architecture are introduced in detailed at first. Subsequently, the three layer architecture and key mechanism of SSH, and Security Verification System of SSL is analyzed. A variety of phase in connection establishment of SSH/SSL is also discussed. At last, based on the foregoing basis, the article mainly focuses on the typical application of SSH and SSL in stead of FTP and Telnet in telecommunication service, including the procedure of setting up a remote device connection model based on SSL protocol and SSH protocol and the procedure of setting up a SSH security tunnel and the data interactivity in this security tunnel are included.Based on gray relation analysis and multi-criteria decision a dynamic access selection strategy was proposed to improve the validity for mobile terminal security access networks in heterogeneous networks. The selection strategy takes full into account the effectivety of the mobile terminal access network and the integrity of security association by AAA servers. By transforming access selection into multi-criteria decision, the effects of access selection parameters were considered comprehensively and an appropriate access network was supplied for the terminals. The simulation results showed that this strategy can provide optimal and effective access networks for multi-model terminals after balancing multiple decision criteria.At the end of this paper, the author concludes the research content, and gives some suggestions of future study.
