The Design And Implementation Of The Spatial Visualizational Functional Module In The Three-Dimensional Community Property Management System

Chinese real estate industry has been gradually matured in the last 10 years. The property management has also become into the stage of intelligent management from the traditional and simple stage of human or computer management."The three-dimensional community property management system based on the spatial visualization technology" is a digital technology service system for auto-collecting and dynamic managing the community's infrastructure, function and mechanism which comprehensive used the technology of network, multimedia and virtual simulation.The core content is the design and implementation of the digital community's three-dimensional landscape spatial visualization functional module.The design and implementation of the spatial visualization functional module has been throughout the whole system development process. Every step of the software system design is around the spatial visualization functional module to progress from the stage of demand analysis, to select and assessment the software platform, the three-dimensional modeling, to design the spatial visualization functional in the software system, the application of design pattern in the system.After the assessment, we determine that design and development the spatial visualization module is based on Convers3D platform. The spatial visualization module includes three functions, system three-dimensional scene modeling, design system implementation driving module, the interaction between three-dimensional module and management system. These three features cover all four levels of the system architecture. It is also the key for the three-dimensional community property management system different from the traditional property management system.
