Research And Design On Rapid Visual Modeling Of Community Scene

With the development of urbanization, the construction of "Digital City" emerged. The construction of "Digital Community" is the foundation of the construction of "Digital City". The key to create "Digital Community" is to construct 3D-models of community scene with 3D modeling technology. Based on the three-dimensional modeling tools and technology research and analysis, it adopted the OpenSceneGraph (OSG), which is widely used in the 3D modeling development library area, and the Qt,which is a cross-platform application and UI framework, to design and develop a visualization rapid modeling community scene platform. User can quickly create the community scene through the platform.The platform completed the organization and management of created community scene with scene graph technology in OSG. Accomplished the import and save function in the rapid modeling platform through OSG's Plug-in mechanism. Implemented the move, zoom and select function of model with the class of osgManipulator::Dragger in OSG and implemented the highlight of node with osgFX::Scribe class. Adopted the OSG particle system to realize the rain, snow and frog effect. Completed the roaming effect of scene through the interaction with user to change the point of view. Accomplished the scene library function with associative container class QMap <K,T> of Qt. Besides, it can create the road of the community scene through the self designed road creation method. Algorithm of Scene tree view was put forward, and it accomplished the display of scene tree structure in the floating window.Visualization rapid modeling community scene platform was designed and developed with the community scene rapid creation method researched in this thesis. Take the creation of Weishui Campus Chang'an University as an example, it is significant to the construction of "Digital Community" to create the community scene 3D model quickly with the platform.
