This article has mainly designed one kind of new Testing & Controlling System Apparatus, which is usually a matching product of The Modular Formation Tester in the oil well logging industry. According to the functional requirements of The Modular Formation Tester and the characteristics of the mechanical unit in module, such apparatus is used for a common Detection Device, for example equipment performance, stability testing, troubleshooting, assembling-equipment and commissioning, in the MRHY (The Modular Formation Tester Hydraulic Power Module), the MRPS (The Modular Formation Tester Single Probe Module), as well as the MRPO (The Modular Formation Tester Pumpout Module).In the analysis of the practical problems encountered in the development of the Modular Formation Tester, and according to the requirements of technical specification, the main research contents and results about this paper are as follows:To begin with, it proposes a basic scheme for the Testing & Controlling Apparatus combined with the actual situation, while having analyzed the function of the MRHY, the MRPS, the signal characteristic of strain pressure, temperature, motor speed and current in the mechanical cellular construction, and the logical control features of the BLDCM (Brushless DC Motor) and the Solenoid; Secondly, combining hardware with software to optimize the system design schemes, it constructs and designs the major functions and the actual contents of this apparatus. Detail the signal processing circuit of the strain pressure, temperature, current and others, the design of solenoid actuation and over-current protection circuit, in the hardware system, as well as the function design of signal acquisition, control, display and others based on integrated chip AVR ATMEGA128 and LCD display module in the software system; Finally, according to wiring diagram of electrical connection, assemble and debug equipment, troubleshoot and analyze experimental data as to optimize the design of circuit and program function. On the basis of the actual service condition in projects and the stability requirements of the apparatus for complete modular design of the product.Based on the actual service condition, we can see the good performance of the apparatus to meet the various requirements of the technical specification, which is of great magnitude, because it provides The Modular Formation Tester with a benign technical service in further R & D (Research and Development) and project use.
