Risk Management Of The Beijing Olympic Games Official WAP Website

In order to serve information to all mobile users, the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games setup the first official WAP website in the Olympic history. Mobile users can get Olympic information from the official WAP website anytime and anywhere, so the website maybe becoming the target of the attacker. To avoid information security problem, we use risk management to solve it. In this thesis, we will introduce the situation of official WAP website first, and then we will find out all risks during the building and operation period with the theories we learned, we will solve those risks with the best ways at last. Some tools and theories are different from the others IT projects, the specials are emphasis we discuss.It has been proved that the effective risk management could help us solve all problems we meet, some tools and theories can be used to the same projects.
