In the social commercialization and under the global economic macroenvironment, the drawing profession is facing that integrate the traditional art into the information society, and it is undertaking the inheritance innovation and the prosperity development duty. As a new economic activities, the network transaction lets more drawing work author, the collector, the appreciation as well as manages the personnel have an exchange and demonstration opportunity, and in order to promote the development of painting art industry, it provides new space and efficient means.However, compared with the general merchandise, paintings network transactions has significantly different characteristics and requirements. First of all, painting art characteristics and subjective value is difficult to ge a complete, real-world representation and experience via the web image, limitated by the display means and technical conditions. Under the influence of these factors, the paintings pricing in the network transaction is still to be further explored. In addition, the illegal copying and copyright protection problems of a painting is an important issue that must be solved in the network transaction also. Therefore, the design of the paintings network trading platform must be studied pertinently in accordance with the above special demand in trade pattern, technical scheme and management measures. Through the domestic and international existing platform and related technical analysis, there is no good satisfy paintings network trade demand professional platform.Firstly, this thesis has given the network transactions mode and relevant trading rules complied with its characteristics and requirements, from the feasibility of the protection of customer rights and the promotion of painting network transaction. On this basis, this thesis has analyzed the needs of the trading platform in-depth, and this thesis has expressed its main function and demand model of core process through the UML language. In order to make the platform to better support future potential for all sorts of new trading patterns and related functions for expansion and maintenance, and related functions for expansion and maintenance, this thesis has discussed the overall design scheme and the core module detailed design process about system overall design as well as onstage drawing work demonstration, drawing work order, tendering auction, drawing work management, order form management, adopted SSH (Struts2 - Spring- Hibernate) integration framework. Finally, this thesis has elaborated on specific development and implementation process of the above platforms, and this thesis has studied for professional technology needed for this platform about the image scaling, watermark protection, special effects display, uploading and saving of painting pictures.Research results of this thesis has provided the professional guides and reference solutions for the painting network trade platform development.
