Student instructor is an important part of university faculty, and good teacher and helpful friend for students. University student instructor is the product to meet the need of Chinese national conditions and the social and historical development. With the wheels of history rolling forward, the identification and position responsibility of student instructor has been updated with new contents. To build a student instructor team with strong work capacity and high overall quality is key to the realization of university developing goals. Its construction will certainly step further into maturity in the full development of higher education.University student instructor incentive mechanism study has significance in optimization of university faculty team. Based on the current situations of Chinese university student instructor team construction, this thesis carries out an investigation and study in terms of scientific logical employees motivation mechanism theory with the hope to offer some practical suggestions for the student instructor team motivation mechanism construction. This thesis is consisted of four chapters as follows:Chapter one is to present a brief introduction on the background and significance of this thesis, a short summary of current situations of related study in and outside of China, and an illustration of the main content, methodology and thought train of this thesis.Chapter two gives a detailed explanation of motivation theory and other related concepts. First, form the definition of student instructor, it studies the characteristics and responsibilities of student instructor work. Then, with the explanations of motivation and motivation mechanism, the related concepts used in this thesis are presented.Chapter three through the illustration of current situation of university student instructor team construction background and significance, comes up with the main problems existed in the construction by means of detailed analysis.Chapter four is the core part of this thesis. Combined with the authors working experience as a student instructor and self-thinking, this part analyses the guiding ideology and working principals of the establishment of university student instructor motivation mechanism, then, present the practical solution and methods to motivation mechanism construction.
