With the development of education in our country, and the gradual deepening impact of the idea of Balanced Education and Faired Education, special education children as vulnerable groups in social education, calls more and more attention. From the promulgation of the 'Curriculum Reform Program of the Children with Intellectual Disability' to the early2010the draft'Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) of National Long-term Education'separates special education alone, which fully affirmed the status of the special education in the entire education system and embodies a high degree of attention and concern of the state special education. But it is worth noting that special education teachers─the guider, partners and assistants of the education and daily life of the education of children with special need, who are also one of the vulnerable group in the special education system, their rights and interests of life, their life and health should be concerned and assisted too.In this paper, the study pointed out that, on the one hand, special education teachers as an important part of the special education system, should be more reasonable treated; the other hand, there are still some conflicts still can been seen between the existing research results, so the research needs to be continued to deepen. Through questionnaire surveys and case studies, combined with the natural observation and depth interviews, this paper uses the research approach of qualitative research-based, supplemented by the quantitative research of the current situation and impact of teachers'pressure of the special education school at first, then combined with the cases which seek to explore the uniqueness of the special education teachers stress and find out effective response about it.The study consists of the following components:The introduction, the article first states the reason and background of the topics, points out the necessity of the research and the innovation, overviews the status and existing problems of the current research in and out. The result is that the lack of the concern of the special teachers leads to the lack of the study of relevant study, as the existence of the pressure is true or not and the reason for it, and how it impacts the teachers are all badly need to be determined. Here describes the purpose and significance of the study, points out the selected study methods in the research, at the same time it defines some related concept preliminarily.The next two chapters is an overview of the findings of this survey. Among them, the second chapter discusses the basic conditions for the cased school, points out that the teachers'pressure is true, and the profession, the daily lives of teachers and the parents of the students even the society are the possible source of teachers. Combines with the findings of the survey, preliminarily discusses the impact of pressure on the teachers in the cased school, it points out that the current pressure has negative impaction on teachers physical and mental life. The next chapter is the main body of the article; on the basis of the whole study of the school, combined with several special education teachers as characteristics of for more depth observation and research, combines with the author's findings from different aspects to get an in-depth analysis and interpret the source of teacher stress in the school. With the result of the questionnaire, the article says that the complex students management and monotonous working environment are the major factors of job stressors; the children's education and low treatment is the major cause of their life stressors; In addition, the parents'understanding, low social support, and teachers their own problems are components of other source for it.Chapter IV, combines with the findings of the case school and the current research, carefully analyze and reflect the current problem, points out the feasibility measures to alleviate teachers'stress. The research indicates that strengthen the management of schools and administrative departments of education, improve the relevant laws and regulations, increase the social acceptance about the teachers, improve the quality of the teachers actively at the same time are all effective initiatives about the teachers'stress.
