Effective classroom teaching not only makes the dialogue proceed smoothly, but also improves the quality of class instruction, comprehensively promote the development of students. Panzhihua was established after the founding of the PRC, a city of immigrants, where the multicultural, National School is a multi-cultural conflict one of the most intense, ethnic dialogue in schools there is a very special class cultural phenomenon, that is, teacher, the conflick of the ethnic culture and mainstream culture and subculture between teachers and studengts. Over the years, this culture has been the impact of the ethnic school in class dialogues. The study ,based on reference ,investigation ,questioning and case analysis ,is aimed at tinding out the cultural diversity and class dialogue strategy in ethnic class .This study is divided into six parts. Chapter one is about the introduction , introducing value of the research and research methods and ideas discussed in the background; The second chapter introduces the national perspective of the culture of class dialogue. Interpretation of "culture" of the central concept of the relationship between class and cultural dialogue, and dialogue on the national culture of classroom study and research value perspective elaborated; The third chapter describes the cultural vision of Panzhihua City, Panzhihua City National School Profiles and Status of Middle School classroom dialogue; The fourth chapter introduces the nation from a Cultural Perspective classroom dialogue, from the pros and cons of cultural conflict, dialogue, conflict and the main values of mainstream culture and youth subcultures between the point of view of the conflict; The fifth chapter analyzes the causes of the conflict of class culture dialogue of Panzhihua ethnic school , from the schools, teachers, students, families, and Panzhihua region to find the answer in five areas; chapter six refers to the conclusion .The study can make up for the research of Panzhihua ethnic region class dialogues .Meanwhile, it will provide some new teaching ways for teachers in ethnic schools .
