In recent years, with the constant intensification of global competition, university students have higher pressure on employment. Many countries are beginning to take entrepreneurship as an important way to enhance the quality of graduates, push economic development and resolve various social problems. Following the global trend, China started to implement entrepreneurship since 1998, and to a certain extent, have accumulated some experience after more than ten years' research by the manifestation of larger scale and more courses. Now China is entering a crucial phase of rational development. However, China's development of entrepreneurship has apparently lagged behind compared with the huge demand of China's economic and social development. There still exist a lot of problems in such respects as evaluation of entrepreneurship, faculty training and courses construction. It's quite necessary to further enhance the university students' awareness of and reinforce their knowledge and ability about entrepreneur. At present, there's urgent need of the relative theory to lead the development of entrepreneur in China, and we can draw on the experience of foreign countries, which is exactly the starting point and the ultimate goal of this paper.American' entrepreneurship has formed a complete system after half a century's development, covering various formal educations from primary school, middle school, high school, university to postgraduate school. In this paper I made a conclusion about the course of the development of American entrepreneurship, trying to explore its history, tracing its motivation and analyzing present situation and major features. Then I make a comparison in respects of the ideas, courses establishment, faculty and evaluation system of university students' entrepreneurship between China and American and put forward some strategies by using American's experience for reference. Based on this research idea, I divide this paper into five parts.The first part introduces the origin and present situation of the research of entrepreneurship, and research ideas, methods and the significance of this paper.The second part analyses the relative conception of entrepreneurship as well as the features, nature and goals.The third part expounds the university students' general situation of entrepreneurship.The fourth part compares the ideas, faculty, courses establishment and evaluation system of university students' entrepreneurship between China and American.The fifth part is my own ideas about the reformation of university students' entrepreneurship in China. |
