The urbanization process in the primary school teachers, the body burden is even heavier, the farmers income and material living standards also contributed to the granting of a higher education requirements. Improve the process of urbanization in the well-being of primary school teachers will not only help promote the professional development of these teachers, improve teaching quality, but also to the stability of teachers.Currently, the University of kindergarten teachers mostly happiness, happiness of primary school teachers there are some, for the urbanization process in the primary school teachers in the well-being of research so far rare. The group of teachers and social needs of the different educational subjects, happiness and its influences will be different. Based on this assumption, the study selected 20 in Chengdu, the urbanization process as the study of primary school teachers, take interviews and questionnaires on the process of urbanization in Chengdu of primary school teachers in the well-being for the status and impact factors Study, combined with an in-depth interview results of analysis and countermeasures.Survey results show that: Overall, the process of urbanization in Chengdu primary school teachers in the sense of happiness is not optimistic about half of primary school teachers did not feel the happiness from work. We are in the process of urbanization should be given to primary school teachers in the more attention, analysis and reflection by the author, recommends that: personal aspect to change their attitude to face the difficulties of the urbanization process and improve the professional level; organizational level: School management to democratization; efforts to improve the process of urbanization in the salaries of teachers in primary schools to ensure the stability of the work, so that these teachers have a sense of accomplishment. Social dimension: for these teachers to reduce the pressure on them to improve the social status. This can really improve the process of urbanization in the well-being of primary school teachers.
