Community is a cell of the society, the community has increasingly become the interests of all points of intersection, all kinds of social contradictions and point of the gathering, in China's economic and social development process in the role and status of becoming increasingly prominent. Community workers is between government and community residents in the bridge and the link, is in the construction of harmonious society in the important responsibility. Of high satisfaction of community workers love and dedication, enjoy what you do community work community culture, identity and values, and personal growth target and the community construction and development, actively committed to community work. Conversely, low satisfaction of community workers in work will show the irresponsible, pay no heed to, had no interest in such phenomena. Therefore, the promotion of community workers'satisfaction to improve the service quality of the community has an important meaning.Satisfaction theory research from business studies, is gradually becoming mature. The research by consulting relevant literature, the satisfaction theory is introduced into the community workers job satisfaction study, explore the community worker satisfaction measurement and evaluation, in order to improve the community work of job satisfaction, so as to improve the service level and the quality of community residents, this study can hope to the relevant government departments issued policy provide reference. The main research contents are as followsAt first, this article from our community development present situation, proposed the research background, research purpose and meaning, in the domestic and foreign literature on the basis of explaining, determine the ideas and contents of this study; and on employee job satisfaction and improve the related theories;second, this paper puts forward the feasibility analysis, research framework and hypotheses, through literature analysis, interview, the variables are extracted, and then put forward hypothesis, the preparation of the questionnaire;Third, use SPSS statistic software to recovery analysis, in order to acquire Shenyang city community worker at present overall job satisfaction and influence their job satisfaction are the main factors;Fourth, put forward the corresponding countermeasures to reduce the community workers in work dissatisfaction, increase their job satisfaction, for the Shenyang city hall for the community management of the relevant decision-making provide reference;Finally, the summary of the thesis, summed up the innovation point of this paper, put forward the future research prospect.
