The studies on social exclusion have been largely emphasized in both home and abroad, but few ofthem focused on the theory of social exclusion in specific populations in specific areas. The writer baseson social exclusion development theory, using depth interview for Twenty-one Master Graduates of2011. The main research focused on the existence of the phenomenon of social exclusion; the mainfeatures of social exclusion of the Master gender differences and different attitudes; social exclusiontypes, causes and characteristics of social exclusion of Masters' Job-hunting. On the basis of carefulanalysis of existing literature and interviews, the paper concluded:1. From the vertical and horizontal comparison of the graduate employment situation and theactual result of the interviews, group of graduate students in the career choice does exist thephenomenon of social exclusion.2. Career choice by social exclusion of the respondents' point of view, they in general have thefollowing main features: non-local students; lack of family social capital; poor educationalbackground.3. Gender Differences in social exclusion is mainly reflected in the female graduate students incareer choices suffered more physiological characteristics of the exclusion on the grounds of behavior,exclusion results mainly less than men for the real wage.4. The kinds of social exclusion are different in different units. Exclusion of marginalization andsocial capital in government agencies and research institutions is more obvious; exclusion of socialcapital and colleges in the state-owned enterprises is more obvious; exclusion of work experience inthe private sector is more obvious.5. The types of social exclusion include policy and institutional exclusion, social capitalexclusion, work experience exclusion, economic treatment exclusion, exclusion of the pressure ofpublic opinion. Policy and institutional exclusion include "system" industry exclusion and thehousehold registration system. Physiological characteristics exclude gender-based factors, appearance,height factor, age factor. The pressures of public opinion include effect of two factors of inertia ofthinking and stereotypes.6. The social exclusion in career choice of masters' job-hunting in general presents the followingfour characteristics: multi-dimensional, systematic, irresistible, intergenerational inheritance.
