The21st century is the era of knowledge innovation, we have to turn the traditionalways and concept of study with our various knowledge' growth of demand. In the newlearning concept, the learners should have planned and initiative learning with personalfeatures under the guidance of teachers. At present, Self-learning, a brand new learningpattern with new concept has been promoted vigorously. The important teaching goal isthe self-learning of learners, it has also been seen as an embodiment of learning capacity.While as important learning influencers of learners, teachers' self-learning capacity willinfluence the learners' level of autonomous learning directly. In the learners'autonomous learning, metacognitive strategy is an important internal factor that willaffect the learners' autonomous learning. So this article will focus on the influence thatTeacher Autonomous may work on the learners' use of metacognitive strategy under thecorrelation theory of autonomous learning, trying to analyze the methods of improvinglearners' metacongnitive strategy under the model of Teacher Autonomous.
