Management Of The College Students. Marxist Philosophy Perspective

With the great leap of Higher Education and the critical change of social constructure, student management in university is confronted with a series of new situation, circumstances and problems. Under such a tendency, the original theories working for student management seem to be clumsy and dull. However, as the world outlook and methodology of science, Marxism Philosophy has an enduring leadership to people's theories and practical work, especially to the student management in higher education institutions. Therefore, it becomes an issue of great practical significance to figure out the height of Marxism Philosophy, to measure the student management in higher education with the basic view, to standpoint and methods of Marxism Philosophy , and tot strengthen the research on student management in higher education institutions.This thesis elaborates the philosophical cognition about student management in university. It bases on Marxism Philosophy to survey the student management in university, to put forward the source on the theory of students management in university, and to analyse the leading function to the students management in university in several aspects.The subject and the object of student management in university are detailed in this section. First of all, they are defined combining with the theory of the subject and object of Marxist Philosophy, and then their properties and qualifications are summarized. On this basis, the relationship between their unity of opposites are systematically analysed in two aspects .Furthermore, another idea is discussed, that is, philosophy about student management in university, namely, "people oriented". For one thing, it discusses the theory basis about the idea on humanist nature by the research and theoretical analysis, including Humanistic Philosophy, the all-round development of Marxist theory, Human Resource Management theory. Then it elaborates the ways which can make the people oriented idea penetrate into student management in university.The paper is concluded with researches on the methods of student management in university. This part is the key point in this paper. Because the purpose of theoretical research eventually is to serve practice, meanwhile, test itself through practice. The article starts form the perspective of Marxist Philosophy, and comes up with the following thinkings. On one hand, the university administration must keep to internal logics about student management in university, and grasp the law of the work; on the other hand, it must be practical and realistic, insisting on the view of Marxist general relationship, development, and enhancing the scientificalness and effectiveness of the student management in higher education institutions.
