Students'self-management is one of the important content of education. The good management of students can cause the students to develop in an all-round way, and teachers can be liberated from the multifarious teaching affairs. Teachers can do the teaching work better, to improve the teaching quality. Teachers can also spend more time in studying teaching methods, and improve themselves. So, teachers and students are able to do the best.I have been a teacher for nearly twenty years, and have been the head teacher for nearly ten years. I know the hardships of the head teacher in middle schools deeply. Therefore, there is a very strong realistic meaning in researching the students'self-management. This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter One is about the reason of raising the question--students'self-management, present research situation of home and abroad, the purpose and meaning of the research of students'self-management and the ways of doing the research. Chapter Two is about the overview of students'self-management. It includes the basic concepts of students'self-management, the effect of students'self-management, the theory basis of carrying out students'self-management. Chapter Three is talking about the main management in No. S Middle School in Pan Zhihua. The main forms and the problems of the school's management. Chapter Four is about the implementation strategies of students'self-management. There are six ways. First, draw up scientific and reasonable class rules. Second, perfect the class rules of choosing and using class leaders. Third, make the class log perfect. Fourth, hold different forms of class theme party. Fifth, set up some ways to solve the conflicts between the students or between the students and teachers. Sixth, set up the system of students'self-evaluation and supervision among students. Chapter Five is about the misunderstanding in carrying out students'self-management.
