Research On The Integration Of Filial Piety Culture In The Old Age Social Woke Values

Currently, elderly social work, as introduced from the west to provide professional services for the older age groups, and the unique Chinese culture of Filial Piety Concept in solving the problem of an aging society plays an active role. However, old age social work development in China is still the initial stage, far from satisfying the needs of the family and society. Social work is a value-oriented professional.so, in our country social work for the elderly in an early stage of development should pay more attention to the local elderly social work values construction. Only the native geriatric social work values to better guide geriatric social work. Therefore, this article from the perspective of filial piety culture, attempts to explore the feasibility of integration between culture of filial piety and geriatric social work values and their impact on elderly social work.Through the collection of relevant literature review defines the culture of filial piety and geriatric social work values of the concept of filial piety culture, expounds the development process and the basic content. And on this basis to explore the basis contents of filial piety culture:support their parents, respect their parent, obey their parents, honor their parents, bury and sacrifice their parents in the system of old age social work values fit point. We found, the meeting point between the culture of filial piety and "the understanding of people" within geriatric social work values is clear, and "the understanding of social" match point should be deduce the basis contents of filial piety culture to social principle of respect elders just to emerge. The culture of filial piety also display their own features-heavy duty and respect elders in the integration with the old social woke values, and these characteristics are in guiding our elders social woke has its unique advantages, mostly in the basic method as case, group and community of elderly social work and practical effect. The integration of filial piety culture in the ode age social woke values, in essence, is the localization of the elderly social work values, the purpose lies in the better guide the elderly social work practice. Therefore, the author finally put forward some suggestions for the integration of filial piety culture in the elderly social work.
