Older women whose because of its social particularity and in old age after the body various aspects functional level flagging irresistible natural laws, make elderly women in old later of health is not optimistic。In what way can more effectively improve the elderly women body function, delay women function decline, change their lifestyle and adjust the mood, should be in the national fitness program for older women health one of the important research topics. Physical fitness is the body's vital physiological function, not only in daily behavior plays an important role in sports, and is complete process the essential ability of. How to improve the elderly women's physical quality, and improve the quality of life of older women groups, has become a national fitness program and social and medical security system needs urgent to solve the social problems.The bone of old age, joint correspondingly has certain changes smaller muscle of muscle fiber, the decrease in the number of metabolic ability to drop, muscle, ligaments and fat increase, these changes are can cause muscle contraction slow, muscle contraction force decline.In recent years, the research on elderly sports fitness is increasing, generally, fitness sport on the elderly health particularly important, research shows that: the elderly optimal movement form should include increase muscle strength, flexibility, coordination and so on many kinds of sport forms of exercise. So for the elderly of exercise should be a kind of comprehensive sports, not only should include increasing cardiorespiratory function athletic (such as running, aerobic dancing, etc.), also include increase muscle strength of strength training. Therefore, as for the elderly strength training is an unavoidable issue. And at present for old muscle drops, muscle ageing forms of exercise is relatively rare. Based on this, I think to find a set of rational and scientific, mainly aimed at increasing the elderly exercise muscles fitness methods is necessary. On this basis, we according to the elderly women's physiological characteristic, creating a set of older women help improve muscle power of elastic DaiCao. This article through the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method and mathematical analysis, and through to 96 older women, for 12 weeks of DaiCao intervention maozhi elastic movement, determination of older women before and after the experiment body quality indexes of each respect changes, aims to explore 12 weeks of elastic DaiCao whether maozhi in older women with power quality, balance ability, flexibility quality and sensitive quality have significant influences.This article through their own practice experience and learning and quantitative index to analyze and study maozhi in older women with elastic DaiCao exercise body quality especially strength quality, this paper discusses the influence of elastic DaiCao to improve physical quality function, the elderly women reduce this elderly patient happening and reasonable take exercise, provide scientific theory and practice basis.Through 12 weeks of empirical research conclusion, that is:1, elastic DaiCao suitable for older women in daily exercise.2, older women through 12 weeks of elastic DaiCao after practice, power quality (upper limb strength, lower limb strength) have improved significantly, Flexibility making (shoulder, hip arom) improved; To improve the elderly women's equilibrium and sensitive quality effect is not obvious.3, 60-64 and 65-69 two age group were compared, it is concluded that the value for the difference in physical aspects of 60-64 years older women exercise effect is 65-69 years old female exercise the effect is better...
