Overall, the county vocational education has many problems, to this county vocational education, for example, smaller vocational education, improper management system, lack of funds, enterprise on the vocational education enough attention, the teaching practice of the course is not obvious, professional setting can well reflect the local characteristics these factors have restricted the vocational education the development of. In order to better develop the county vocational education, should take some countermeasures. Such as strengthening unified leadership, positive for the county vocational education development to build policy platform, alignment market professional settings, the rational allocation of resources to enhance the school's comprehensive strength, widen teaching lemma channels, strengthen the construction of teachers team, deepening teaching reform and implementing combination. In addition, the social evaluation of talent idea wants change, not too much emphasis on higher education, while ignoring the skill test. To occupation skills as an important evaluation criteria, then lets the society more and more people realize the importance of occupation education.
