Abstract/Summary:
The vocational education is for every member of our society, the employment problem of the disabled is an important topic of vocational education and special education. Due to many factors such as own weakness, social discrimination, unoptimistic employment situation or lack of employment guidance, the lowly ability of the disabled to survive is still a prominent question nowadays. In view of this situation, the author proposes the viewpoint:The career planning which is suitable for the disabled can improve effectively survival ability of the disabled. Through a series of surveys and analysis, the author has a deep research on necessity, feasibility and strategy about career planning of the disabled in secondary vocational school.The paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces background and significance of the topic and puts forward questions, shows the related researches at home or abroad nowadays, the core concept is defined. The second chapter, the author designs "Investigation questionnaire for vocational survival conditions of the disabled", The investigation involves the disabled people and some people who contact with the disabled in Hunan and its surrounding area, the survey found that vocational survival conditions and employment situations of the disabled were not good, we need to accelerate the development of career planning and education of the disabled. The third chapter tells the necessity of career planning of the disabled in secondary vocational school, and probes the feasibility about career planning of the disabled in secondary vocational school. The fourth chapter elaborates strategies about career planning of the disabled in secondary vocational school. In this chapter, the author describes particularities, purposes and steps about career planning of the disabled. The last part is conclusion, summarizes practical significances and insufficiencies of the research.
