China has vast territory and large population. In 1978, China began to practice family planning, its purpose is to control the population increase. But a family of three models of the family become the main theme of the emerging family form, child was spoiled by parents under the influence of this policy. "80" self-centered personality idea began to germinate.At the beginning of reform and opening up, "80" began to form their own ideas. Now "80" young people are in the age of employment, but a growing group-"Neets" is surface. "Neets" is Chinese social transition and changes in social structure occurred during the new product. It is subject to change Chinese employment in the form derived by the reform of Chinese market economy, brought about by the impact of abundant human resources. This paper showed a special group "80 Neets" with a particular background in China as an object of the study.Chinese "80" (generation), according to official statistics there are around four hundred seventy million people, the huge army of young human resources in our country is an important part in Chinese economic construction in the 21 st century, and play an important role. As the hope of the motherland, the main force of future development and construction, they should display their talent and reflect the value of life, but not be fetched home, active or passive to give up the desire to make a living, still rely on the arms of their parents by parents to support life. This is the image of people will call it "Neets". "80 Neets" has become a national social problem cannot be ignored. "Neets " phenomenon has brought the family enormous pressure and burden, and from a family phenomenon evolved into a complex social problem. The negative effects have a role of its serious impact in Chinese social stability and harmonious development operation.This paper attempts to analyze the sociological point of view, it is through case studies, communication through face to face into the "80 Neets" life, choose a few representative cases in perspective underlying factors. Through the "80 Neets" definition of the concept and the related field of sociology of thinking, the use of "social capital" and "social exclusion" based on the theory from a sociological point of view of the "80 Neets" analysis.There are five parts in this paper. First, it showed the subject of study and introduces the topics of some of the background and significance, research significance, research status and analysis, research methods. Second, it cited the sociological theories related to "social capital" and "social exclusion" theory from a sociological point of view, respectively, of the type described "80 Neets" feature, combined with a representative collected the case interviews will be "80 Neets" according to their own characteristics to classify. Third, it showed the reasons of "80 Neets" formation, analyzed the family, education the job market, "80 Neets" the systematic exposition of their own reasons from the four aspects.
