Objective: From the investigation on college students'life style and the test of students'cardiopulmonary function in different optional sports projects, we can implement tactical and effective education mode in physical training, meanwhile, enhance his/her cardiopulmonary endurance; The harmony of"physiology, psychology, society", the healthy life style, and the improvement of students'physical health, all of them play the important and positive role in their health, career development and happiness. It's also the scientific evidence to improve the health education and physical health.Method: In Hebei University of Engineering, Handan Institute, and Handan Professional Technology Institute, the writer takes the ordinary second-grade university students as the object of study. Including the boy students in the following six items: the basketball, the ping pong, the volleyball, the tennis, the soccer, the martial arts, the girl students in the following five items: basketball, ping pong, volleyball, tennis, body-building exercises, altogether 1321 students. The essay mainly adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and statistics to confirm the study.Results:(1) The characteristics of students'living style (smoking, medicine, drinking, diet, sleeping, etc.) in the above three universities in Handan city are basically in accord with the domestic report.(2) For the students who select different optional items, there are remarkable differences between their cardiopulmonary endurance. According to this function, the boys who play the soccer, basketball, and the girls who choose the volleyball and body-building exercises are more advantageous than the other students.(3) For the students who select different optional items, there are remarkable differences between their living styles. The boys who play the basketball, tennis, and the girls who choose the volleyball and body-building exercises get the highest score in the total score of living style.(4) Students'living style is also closely related with their cardiopulmonary endurance. More exercises, which can help the students to develop a good living style, is also a strategy to influence their living style. |
