The Research On The Poor Students' Problem Behavior In The University

In recent years, with the development of higher education system and the reform of higher education charging system, the basic realization of the from elite to mass change, university enrollment scale is gradually expanding, the tuition and living expenses are increasing year by year. Because the high tuition fees and living expenses,the number and proportion of poor students in the university also rise in year after year. The growing problems on the poor students have been highlighted in the university. The poor students in the university are the disadvantaged group of college students. They not only bear heavy economic pressure, but also bear the greater psychological pressure. The heavy pressures seriously impact on the poverty students' psychological development and the comprehensive individuals′development. The poor students have showed a unique'problem behaviors'. The family economic difficulties caused on the'problem behaviors'. The educational enthusiasts have been realized the problem behavior. This paper focuses on the research of the most problem behaviors and the analyzing causes, but also point out the countermeasures.The first part mainly analyzes the mean and research significance on the poor students'problem behavior'.The second part mainly focuses on three aspects problem behaviors on the poor students in the university. These behavior problems are academic, interpersonal relationship and environment adaptation. Then the part also points countermeasure analysis. According to the different conditions,using different measures, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and gradually the prevention and correction of these'problem behaviors'on the poor students in the university.The third part tells the analysis of the formation causes on the poor students'problem behavior'from the micro and macro environment. The problem behaviors are due to the poverty students' cognitive bias,the family economic difficulty and the social environment.The fourth part analyses the measures of the prevention and correction on the problem behavior in the university. Firstly, we shall promote the cognitive ability of the poor students. The poor students will improve the self psychology adjustment ability, and establish the health mentality and the perfect personality. Secondly, we shall increase the poor students' aid from the national assistance, the social support, academic support. We shall establish the support. Then, we shall strengthen the ideological and political education on the poor students in the university from the humanistic care, the network ideological and political education, the campus culture construction, and the problem solving behavior ability construction of counselors. Finally, we shall strengthen the poor students' mental health education from the establishment of the poor students' psychological health archives, the psychological consulting work, the cultivating a correct sense of self and the development the self education.Synthesis of, we shall prevent and correct the'problem behaviors'of the poor students. The establishment of national, social, university and the personal poor students in three-in-one education system, so that the poor students gradually the prevention and correction on the'problem behavior'. We will conducive to the development of physical and mental health of the poor students and the harmonious development of society.
