University instructors are playing important function which can not be ignored for they are instructing, facilitating and cultivating undergraduates on their mentality. Therefore human attainments of the instructors are necessary as an instructive energy basement. Nowadays the working style of instructors has been changed into education service from strict supervision, a scientific method is more suitable than working experience, multiple type of knowledge than single type, better education, more professional job is preferred and necessary. Since 1999, Central government promotes higher education, it becomes more and more universal, quantity of undergraduates is enlarged rapidly. Instruction to them is challenging. It reflects on quantity ratio and quality of instructors is not match. As the importance of instructors has been aware by education administration, Central government released Central China Committee opinion on strengthen ideological and political education of undergraduate in 2004, Central education department released Rules to strengthen quality of university instructor in 2005, Average Institution college released A Regulation for construction of university instructors in 2007. These disciplines were released to regulate condition and behavior of university instructors. All these actions are seeking a way to improve quality of university education to benefit undergraduates. What is the required quality and how to build these qualities for instructors, Writer is using his 20 years'working experience in university and cases to answer these questions, especially on how to build the quality of profession for the job. As hardware is improving, the idea and method need be improved and innovated. These will be focus on working theory, personality quality, and know-how to solve various of problem. Knowledge is changing to meet requirement of this different environment and kinds of physical and psychology problem. Writer here indicate that problem in undergraduates reflect as lack of interest on study, violate rules occurred in university frequently, mental block of undergraduate can not be found out in early stage which cause a heavy result on heath of them. When the instructors are working part time on instruction as a common style in university, it comes often. In this situation, make instructors qualified as soon as possible is strictly required.Writer studied both documents and cases to understand situation , and summary the proper position, characteristic and education objective of universities. Advanced education idea is taken to lead practical method. There are four parts to describe how to improve professional ability for part-time university instructor to manage class in details. In the first part, it describes current situation and problem, focuses on limited experience, theoretical attainment, professional ability and sense of responsibility. Role description and difference from full-time instructor and part-time instructor are also explained. In the second part, it addresses necessity to build a professional team for part-time instructor. It covers 3 steps to illustrate professional management, team build of instructor itself, quality of non-specialty related cultivate to university students, and sustainable development for this section. The third part is important for this thesis. It states the profound meaning and practical method & specification. All levels including mentality, education, system and practice are involved to reach a professional management. In the fourth part, it mentions approaches to achieve professional management, especially with the 16th paper of central government as a guide, direction is clearly pointed, it probes into the sustainable development of university student management. It indicates that high education should include high quality of instructors, good culture for university itself and high quality of undergraduates. To achieve this objective, a network should be set up, instructors should work together with course teachers to evaluate performance of undergraduates; for instructors, enrich communication style, modern communication tool as online exchange is popular for young, it can be taken; Build a 4-dimention education system with university, society, family and undergraduates himself to cultivate and develop undergraduate into being capable on being a good personality, doing things, studying and making a life.
