The class as the human social life's product is not only a constituent part of social relation, but also the key factor of the development of one country. Along with the economic development and social differentiation intensifying in our country day by day, class and stratum is more and more concerned. China has been in the times of concerning differentiation and fair. The class theory in our country is lagged behind the development of society, so we had to afresh thinking and lucubrate.With concern of class and stratum, the study selects one of the representative sociologist in class theory Pierre Bourdieu, through the way of literature research method and contrasting method for object of study, understands entirety the pith of Pierre Bourdieu class theory, explores and analyses the function of his theory in the whole class theory, and proposed use the overseas class theory for reference to provide some references for our country's class theory.The article is divided into four parts: The paper introduces the reason and significance of the topic, the research status and the research method; The first part introduces the idea origin of Pierre Bourdieu theory, and the basic theory Karl Marx and Weber; The second part is the main part, see from Pierre Bourdieu's core concept: class habits, class tastes, class tracks, research independently and comparative; The third part is summarizing and discussion, not only compare his theory with classic class theory, the boundedness and significance, but also expound his theory for our country's class theory enlightenment.
