Second,the consummation of higher education system also needs the participation of higher vocational education. Higher vocational education carries responsibility of cultivating and conveying all-round developed high-quality technology applied talents for the society. The training goal of higher vocational education is to"cultivate the kind of labourer whom has excellent professional skill and good moral quality."Besides vigorously promotes the teaching of professional skills, the ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges should also be attached.
