The new curriculum reform spreads rapidly and smoothly throughout the country, which draws a close attention nationwide, and the education reform and development should be achieved by the teachers' practice, while teachers' practice is influenced by teaching concept oriented. So the renewal and the development of teachers'teaching concept, which is an opportunity and also a challenge endowed by the times, is the most crucial factor determining the success or failure of the new curriculum reform.My paper focuses on physics teachers' difficulties in updating and improving their teaching conception and adopts interviews and questionnaires form. Based on the interviews of some physics teachers around, the paper describes physics teachers' problems they meet with when updating the teaching concept. The questionnaire was carried out on Wenzhou partial middle school physics teachers, and the article analyses current physics teachers' common problem about teaching concept development and the status.The result is that quite a number of senior high school physics teachers' teaching concept renewal and the development also can't keep pace with the new curriculum reform, and the development of physics teaching concepts approaches can't really implement. In addition, the paper studies the case on a few more representatives of high school physics teachers, and tries to summarize the characters and the concrete effective way of current physics teachers' teaching concept development. Last my paper comprehensives interviews and investigation, analyses and summarizes and put forward the corresponding strategies: First is to create a good external environment for promoting the development of teachers' teaching concept; the second is to play subjective initiative, to realize dynamic development of the teaching idea system.
