| The geo-spatial concept is an important composition of geographic literacy which can be used to measure the degree of geographical study in a certain sense. According to existing condition analysis, however, the students'geo-spatial concept is bad. On the other hand, teachers don't pay enough attention to geo-spatial concept and haven't profound understanding about it with some confusion on the teaching methods. Therefore, it has a certain theoretical and practical significance to study the geo-spatial concept embodied in the secondary school geography knowledge, multimedia design strategies from a perspective of geographical spatial scale. Literature review, comparative law, investigation and paper test method are used in this.The paper is divided into three parts:Part 1: the review spread out from three aspects: the connotation of the geo-spatial concept, culture, and multi-media teaching and training status. Make comments on geo-spatial concept from domestic and international training objectives, training approach.Part 2: Introduce the understanding degree of geography teachers about geo-spatial concept and educational status using the survey method and the results are comparative analyzed from teachers teaching objectives, teaching process, teaching methods. The papers test method is applied to learn about students'understanding level of geo-spatial concept. The results show that phenomenon of low cognitive level exists generally among all the students.Part 3: The geo-spatial concept can be divided into five categories including the geo-spatial concept of location, geo-spatial hierarchy, differences in the concept of geographical space, the concept of spatial structure, the concept of geo-spatial change based on geographical spatial scale theory and secondary school geography knowledge. The training objectives and requirements of each sub-geospatial concepts are discussed respectively and put forward the strategies of multimedia design by analyzing the status of students'geo-spatial concept and middle school geography curriculum standards. In addition, illustrate how to dispose of geo-spatial knowledge and culture the geo-spatial concepts using multimedia technology with specific cases. |
