Pedagogical content knowledge is about the knowledge of teaching, which mainly refers to teaching's PCK. That, at combining subject content with teaching method premise, teaching content is taught to students by teachers in a way which is easy to understand. Pedagogical content knowledge is that when teachers impart teaching content, they have to consider the students'character and differences and take different teaching methods to carry out targeted education, at the same time, the teachers can gradually improve teaching methods in the process of teaching reflection. Therefore, teachers'PCK is divided four departments: knowledge of teaching strategies and method; knowledge of student learning, for example learning difficulties and solving ways; knowledge of the value of teaching content; knowledge of teaching materials. The development of Teachers'PCK cannot be achieved overnight, but is reflected and developed continuously in the process of teaching.In real life, the situation of preschool teachers'PCK is not satisfying, there are some problems, such as : a single of teaching form, showed uniform teaching steps, tedious teaching method; primary trend of teaching, showed games and diversification is not enough; teaching methods of preschool teachers fall behind, and so on. At the same time, there are the problems of urban and rural differences, etc.Questionnaires and interviews shows that the situation of preschool teachers PCK is that the preschool teachers'strategies are mainly tip-teaching methods, rich teaching and single organizations; understanding of learning difficulties to child has a degree of certainty, but solving strategies somewhat lacking; preschool teachers'teaching ideas are divided into three: simply emphasized knowledge and skills; simply emphasized emotion and knowledge, the combination of emotion. Overall, the teaching ideas are advanced; Generally speaking, the selecting of teaching materials is on the basis of the teaching content and the level of child development, sources of teaching materials are rich. Among them, there are the more prominent issues, such as: preschool teachers'teaching forms and teaching methods are traditional; preschool teachers can understand children'learning difficulties to some extent, but not deeply enough; leading teaching ideas and teaching are inconsistent; in the process of using teaching sources, little attention is put on the children's characteristics and needs .According to the existent problems of preschool teachers'PCK, some strategies can be referred to improve preschool teachers'PCK: strengthening preschool teachers'job training; improving preschool teachers'social status and the level of salary; improving the human environment of kindergarten; preschool teachers need to enhance the level of PCK constantly.?...
