Through the method of literature, questionnaire, interview and observation, and the case, it makes an investigation and research on elementary school music teachers'team in Lvyuan District of Changchun City. It was found that the problems exist in primary school music teachers'team. Through the existing problems, the effective training ways shall be found to promote the quality of elementary school music teachers', and improve the education teaching quality of music teaching. Changing the teaching oneness, let music classroom teaching become rich and colorful. Music teachers'basic skills and high and low of the teaching level directly influence the teaching effect of the music classroom. Music teachers' ability improves, music education can develop.Through the training of following aspects of music teachers, music teacher's personal accomplishment can be improved. Such as: (1) Prepare lessons: understanding music teaching materials, teaching objectives and teaching difficulty carefully, optimizing the teaching plans and teaching design. (2) Lectures: according to the theoretical demands of music teachers, improve the theoretical basis of music teachers and carry out the effective teaching lectures. (3) Seminars: each semester designing different music lesson types to let the teachers speak freely and publish different opinions. Through the discussion, finding out the effective teaching methods, and improving the evaluation ability. (4) Training: through the professional knowledge to train and upgrade the basic skills of primary school music teachers, through the education scientific research and training to improve scientific research abilities of music teachers, and through the training of teaching methods to improve teaching ability of music teachers. (5) Carrying out the proposition BBS, let the music teachers speak freely and complement each other. Targeted improving music teachers' quality, strengthening the music teachers'learning awareness, providing powerful learning opportunities for music teachers, which are the necessary conditions under which music teachers grow slowly in the process of constant learning, music teaching can improve, also the primary issues.
