Growing up in the fast development and changing social background and special family structure, the generation after 80s with peculiar charm of charater came up in Chinese society. Various circles in the society passed different judgements on them. With the generation after 80s step into middle school Chinese teaching profession, they will be mainstream and nuclear force in the future Chinese education field. So their state of occupation merits close attention.Due to generation after 80s is the special group in Chinese society, there is hardly ever study on them abroad. First, this paper introduces the existing situation about this issue by literature review. Besides, our country's study on teachers'occupation acedia seldom involved any ages or any subjects middle school teachers. Therefore, the author believes this study has some theoritical study value.To get the primary source file,this study investigates middle school teachers'current situation through questionaire by empirical research method. It mainly analyzes similarity and difference between generation after 80s and not generation after 80s. Then stresses attention on the special reason for generation after 80s'occupation acedia and trys to provide useful coping strategy.The result of the questionaire let people worried. The occupation acecia degree of generation after 80s is higer than other age teachers of middle school Chinese teachers. Compared with other age middle school Chinese teachers, the generation after 80s have more pessitive feelings about their occupation and over high occupation expectations. But they lack of teaching autonomy, participant and equal promotion chances. They lack enough power in Chinese professional knowledge and occupation ability. The generation after 80s teachers are short of authority in students and are not calm, mature in teaching management. They bear pressure from many sides. According to analysis, these phenomenon have close relation with charateristics of generation after 80s, social atmosphere and education department's system, especially close to Chinese subject's particularity. Thus, the author puts forward relevant measures from society, Chinese subject and generation after 80s Chinese teachers themselves.The situation of the generation after 80s'occupation acecia in middle school Chinese teachers is not optimistic. As mainstream in the future Chinese teaching field several years, to realize the problem and find effectual methods to relieve and improve is very important.
