| Taking a large-scale high school as the research object, this paper mainly studies the outstanding issues of this large-scale high school's education effect. Because the relationship between education effect and school scale is closely-related and complex, in this paper, the research focuses on these issues of large-scale school's education effect, which are primarily brought by its large scale. On the other hand, the solutions to the problem are also focused.The scale problem of all kinds of schools at all levels is heatedly discussed all over the world currently. To improve the education effect, researchers are doing a large number of studies on the scale issue of schools. There are two criteria for deciding which kind of scale should be pursued. One is the education quality criterion which is in pursuit of students'study effect and harmonious development of students'body and mind. The other is called the efficiency criterion which tries to educate the maximum students with lowest price, which is also called the economic benefit criterion .The education effect is the core problem of education, and the reason why I choose to use the concept of education effect but education quality in the paper is that it is better for me to think from the students'view.The paper is divided into the following four parts:The introduction part includes the research problem, research meaning, research methods, research process, related concepts and a brief introduction of the high school L.The second part is mainly about the research problem which is illustrated from eight dimensions which are school achievement, activity participation, school atmosphere, interpersonal relationship, sense of belonging, future career planning, equality, health with detailed data and results of the real case. Then, we can clearly see the problems which exist in the education effect of large-scale schools.Based on the second part, the third part tries to find out the causes of the education effect problems of large-scale high schools, and in my point of view, the main reason is its large scale itself.The fourth part presents some solutions from a view of school management after analyzing the above problems. As is known to all, the solutions of school management is critical to education effect and the premise of education is management, as a result, only when the school management is in perfect order, can education be in good order. At the same time, the problem whether the management is scientific or not in a large-scale high school deserves more attention and should be placed on the agenda as soon as possible. |
