With the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers have been given more attention by the government, the society also paid more attention to the left-behind children in the country, meanwhile, the educational management issues of left-behind children have been paid the most attention.The issues of the left-behind children related to education, psychology, sociology and demography mainly. This investigation will analyze the effect of the school on the left-behind children from the education equality theories. It will take student A from school C for example, and make use of interviews and documents analysis in this case study to discover the academic achievement of the left-behind children. By analyzing the effect from school, research the issue of left-behind children's academic achievement. The conclusions include: not all the left-behind children have a low academic achievement; the school makes an important role in the instruction.
