| Some colleges in Changchun city has already carried out the course of roller skating, which is popular among the students. However, there is still some problems. With Experimental Study to the students of two colleges in Changchun, the paper gives a contrast analysis. Before the test, the students having joint in roller skatting are found in much small numbers, in addition, in low level and with very short sports'time, they could only maintain the very simple sliding. By self-regulate and cooperative learning in the class, the expository teaching is changed into willingly active joining, which arouses students'enthusiasm of roller skating learning; increases the number of class attendance; enhances the interest of roller skating; changes students'concept, which made communication possible; promotes their grades and health condition; helps students build an active attitude towards study and develop ability on judging and cooperation and independent thinking. Thus it can be seen that the combination of self-regulated learning and selected course of roller skating can not only change the teaching situation in college, but attionally arouse students's enthusiasm of study.Teachers surveyed in nearly thirty percent of teachers have heard of self - cooperative learning. some teachers had also quoted in the classroom, teachers affirmed that self - cooperative learning can be better than traditional teaching model. However, due to the major constraints, fewer teachers master the skating technique, teachers need to comprehensively improve their quality so that it can grasp a solid theoretical foundation and excellent professional skills, so as to achieve better teaching and better student services .After the experiment, significant changes happened among students than before. So through this study, we suggest that university teachers continue to learn, enhance and improve their own qualification.
