Research On Public Safety Education For College Students

Safety is the eternal theme of human development. With the progress of social civilization, science and technology development and improvement of living standards, security issues become increasingly important, complex and diverse. In addition to personal security, public safety, greater access to people's vision, as individuals, organizations, countries and the world can not be ignored, the university is no exception. In recent years, with the rapid development of higher education, university public safety task seems more arduous, complex and diverse, and the situation facing more severe. Therefore, in the new historical period, the university public safety management must pay close attention and concern, summing up successful experiences to promote the theory and practice of continuous improvement and development of new requirements for universities to further innovation and sublimation.This paper consists of four parts, the first part describes the content of university public safety and public safety education content meaning. The second part analyzes university status and problems of public safety through a questionnaire of quality education in universities. The third part analyzes lack of education causes from the social environment, student self-awareness, leadership emphasis, management team and safety laws. The fourth part proposes public safety education measures in universities, stressing on safety prevention education.
