For school, it is one of the important parts of contemporary moral education, the basis to carry out the management of students'conducts and moral education. Up to now, the new code has been implemented for 7 years. And basically, all the public schools have responded it positively, organized it seriously, and implemented it thoroughly. However, how to implement the"codes"for the private schools with great autonomous right? This paper has analyzed some cases about the organization and implementation of schools and response of students. This paper has interpreted the background and the content of the"code", tries to understand the behavior requests placed on the students. Then the paper takes Suzhou L School (an elementary private school) as an example, observes the students'daily lives, interviews and surveys the officials, teachers and students in the school, and tries to present the status and finds out the problems during the implementation of the"Codes".At last, this paper comes up with some countermeasures in order to make the"Codes"play a better role in the students'management.
