Code of Conduct and Ethics is in essence a principle for human beings to interact with each other. Codes of Conduct and Ethics for athletes, officials, coaches, referees, parents or guardians, and spectators have already been established in many organization of sport across the world.The paper employs the method of literature review to analyze Codes of Conduct and Ethics by FAIreland, Jefferson County Midget Football Association, National Youth Sports Safe Foundation, Australian Sports Commission, Buiescreek Recreation Association, National Association of Sports Officials. New Hampshire Football Club, British Institute of Sports Coaches, Commission of Ethics in FIFA, British Institute of Sports Coaches, Australia Gaelic football Association, and Mesa Parks And Recreation Jr.High Intramurals. It also reveals that it is these organizations or commission of ethics that promulgate Codes of Conduct and Ethics.The paper employs the method of case, revealing the reason why it is wrong for some Korean coaches to have sexual harassment with female players and revealing what responsibilities the organizations should shoulder in their business.The paper also employs the method of experts evaluating to analyze the status quo of ethics in China, pointing out that there are many defects in the study on ethics, which in turn place higher expectations for the establishment of codes in China, that is, we should establish an idea of Codes of Conduct and Ethics instead of disciplines, set up committee of ethics in sports and bring governmental function into full play.
