Part three: The prblems and their reasons in the classroom teaching management currently. The problems is given in this part for contra cases. The paper elabrates four problems:First, the new teachers cann't comprehend the classroom teaching management well. Second, rough manegement model in classroom teaching . Tird, no others to help the teachers in classroom teaching management. Fouth, the teachers cann't teach well.it also give their reasons about this problems.Part four: The investigation on strategies.
