Pluralism has infiltrated into all kinds of indigenous culture all over the world as the global integration gradually expands from the economic domain to the field of the cultural value within ten years. Compare to the newcomer's advantage of economic system, conflict has appeared at various aspects during the transformation of culture and ethical value. As a proposition which refers to culture, ethic, human and education, moral education bear the brunt of the conflict yet. It puts up the inelasticity of the social development, the concession to the benthamism and the lost of scientism. Under these circumstances, the problem which is paid close attention by every social caste is how to deal with it effectively.This research based on the analysis of the structure and formation of character, starts with the study on the current successful figures'educated experiences in China, set out from the essential characteristic of life, lucubrated the dialectical unity of life and moral education and the internal relation between character and moral education, obtained a result that we shoud put up character training in the visual field of life to deal with the current corner of moral education. This paper takes some representatives of the successful figures to carry out case study, and integrates the research findings of home and overseas specialists and academicians, in order to demonstrate and discuss how to take full advantages of the educative composition of forces which consists of family, school and society in the visual field of life, it expounds that we should attach importance to the essential cultivation station of family, the educative function of school and the personal ultimate significance of society. It also puts forward that we should rationally handle the positive influence on the character training of compeer group, and take labour and practise as fundamental method, make meaning construction as basic route to carry through character training.
