Chaniese Volleyball Management Center Manage Ment Mechanism And Reascarh On Strategy

With the development of large competition in the world, athletics sport has continuously become more and more popular with people. The volleyball games, which is one of three greatest balls in the world, also have deep influence on people worldwide according to the unique technique characteristics and gradual attention from countries all over the world. Volleyball owns the foundation of millions of fans in China with a population of 1,300,000,000. However, with further reform of the volleyball system in China, volleyball in our country has developed very quickly and the technique has also gained stable improvement. Market, commercial and scientific trend is continuously going deep into the heart of ordinary people. In the one-hundred-year development of volleyball in China, although Chinese volleyball has gained a little better development, there are still some problems in the functional management.This thesis aims at the operational mechanism .A series of methodologies such as literature collection, expert interviews, and logical analysis were applied to the research to study the present functional situation of the volleyball management center in China. The research has put forward the existing problems and provided constructive advice and recommendations for those problems.In the past decade of the development of volleyball league match, although governments has provided related laws and regulations and conducted related managements on the volleyball clubs, there are still many loopholes in many issues. Some obvious issues lack appropriate management. Due to lack of consideration and solution of practical issues, the past solutions only exist in name. Taking realistic issues and into consideration, this thesis has firstly put forward the existing problems in volleyball management center according to the actual circumstances and then provide solutions for the management function of volleyball management center in our country according to the characteristics of volleyball itself.Results in this study indicates that governments should have relevant laws and regulations on the athletics culture. National athletics system should continue to carry out athletics laws , strengthen the legislation of athletics, and value the implementation of athletics laws and legal publicity.So the completion of athletics laws and regulations is the supreme task and the results of investigation also indicate that the completion of athletics laws counts a considerable part of ratios. To improve share system and strengthen clubs management is another constructive recommendation of China. As the bridge of governments and clubs, the Volleyball Management Center functions as a connecting link. To make it function more significantly, this thesis has proposed relevant solutions and management strategies.After development of more than 10 years, league matches of volleyball club in our country has accumulated a number of problems in the matches, sport team clubs and athletics bureau. To promote the development of volleyball, there should be right management methods and constructive recommendations for the reciprocal development of State General Administration of Sport, the Volleyball Management Center and volleyball clubs and to lay a solid foundation for the management and sustainable development of volleyball in our country.
