Research On The Opening Of Gymnasia In The Colleges In Anhui Province

The paper mainly focuses on the research from two aspects comprehensively through data method, questionnaire, interviewing method, on-site visit, mathematical statistics and comparative method. First, the present situation and influencing factors on the participation of sports among the community residents in Anhui province. Second, the number of venues, the using and the opening situation of sports venues in college in Anhui province, etc. The result shows that:(1) The community residents participate in physical exercise mainly in evening or on holidays. Most of the residents take part in the exercise at least two times a week and their choices vary from occupation to occupation. The survey illustrates that most residents are willing to exercise in school gymnasia. However, the residents'enthusiasm are affected by some factors, such as the limiting of opening field projects in college, unreasonable opening time, low quality of service and so on.(2) There are a large number of traditional sites such as outdoor basketball, volleyball, football, and athletics in Anhui universities while only the basketball courts accounted for 42.1%. But the number of indoor gymnasia is relatively small, and the matched gymnasia are also few due to the unpopularity of the projects carried out in university such as swimming, handball. Totally, the types of gymnasia in Anhui universities are relatively small.(3) The result shows that the sports facilities of Anhui universities can basically meet the daily teaching and training needs (33.3% of which can completely satisfy,41.6% can basically satisfy,8.3% can partly satisfy). However, except for after-school training, the majority of college gymnasia are chiefly in restriction in the morning, evening and on holiday.(4) The gymnasia can open to the school teachers and students in Anhui universities. The opening rate reaches 70.8% while the service rate in paid only reaches 54.2% and the service projects and the grounds are very limited. The effect of gymnasia in Anhui universities on society is not obvious.(5) The management of the opened gymnasia in Anhui universities still exists certain problems, mainly including no relevant using method; the unclear personal safety of the exercisers and the campus security responsibility, the low managers professional level, the conflict between the opening and the teaching time and the frequent happening of the damage of equipments and the personal security problems. (6) Currently the opening up management means and strategies are so single in parts of the gymnasia in Anhui province that it's difficult to imitate the operation of market effectively. The crowd's needs and suggestions can not be paid attention due to the weak publicity and the lack of communication with community. Furthermore, the service quality of gymnasia can not be satisfied so that both the economic and social benefits would not achieve.In order to make the opening-up of the gymnasia in Anhui province make greater progress; the suggestion the author puts forward are as follows:(1) The adoption of multilevel structure building and abundance of the type of opening-up gymnasia in Anhui province should be carried up so that meet the various needs of the modern residents to body-building.(2) Establishing perfect using laws and relative regulations to ensure the orderly opening of college gymnasia.(3) All kinds of college sports facilities should utmost open to the outside and improve the using rate under the precondition of satisfying teaching. At the same time, it's necessary to actively communicate with local residents, widely listen to feedback, and open the gymnasia in a planned way.(4) The introduction and training of professional management talents are needed to ensure the high quality of the opening-up. (5) Anhui province colleges should make full use of various publicity means, to establish the platform between universities and community.(6) Regarding the successful experience of the colleges in other provinces as reference to further improve the management mode of the opening-up of college gymnasia.
